I then centred the fans on the radiator and traced around the mounting points.
The four mounting points of each fan were marked.
I didn't have a compass handy, so I used the next best thing. A couple of writing implements and a Yo-Yo string (which was still attached to a Yo-Yo.

I then drew out the radius of the hole required so that the fans would be able to suck the air through the radiator.

If you forget this step your fan shroud won't work very well at all.

Yep, two big circles which will eventually become holes. I decided to leave a small gap between the holes so that the shroud didn't get too floppy. Not sure if it really makes much difference, but it makes me feel better.

Time for a break. That's a STAR baby!

When I was a kid that was about the hardest thing you could do on a Yo-Yo.

Amazingly I can still remember how to do it!

A few 'Loop the Loops'. These are a LOT harder to do than you would think.
