One thing I kinda sorta didn't think about was leaving clearance for the radiator hoses. I told you I was making this up as I went along! We'll get to that bit later... |
| I temporarily screwed the shroud to the radiator so that it wouldn't move while I traced around the flange area. |  |

I figured having the shroud following the profile of the radiator would be pretty neat, so got out the Sharpie marker and started scribbling. |
| A fair bit of the flange needed to be removed, but being aluminium, I figured it wouldn't be too hard to cut and file. |  |

| Then realised I didn't even have a hacksaw in the garage. So off to the hardware to invest in some tools. |  |
