Beautiful Honda CBX of Phil Mumenthaler ran 141.198mph.

I'm not really into bikes, but this one really caught my eye. Maybe it's the candy apple paint and gold detailing. Very tidy indeed.

What it takes to run 300-plus miles per hour. Five hundred or so cubic inches of fuel injected and supercharged Hemi. Oh yeah...

This looked like a pretty interesting bit of gear, kind of a mix between an open wheeler race car and a speedway racer. Had a good chat with the owner and he was a pretty interesting bloke by the name of David Lowe.

Small-block Ford looked the goods, but could only manage 125mph.

Rod Hadfield gives Davo some words of wisdom before a run in the Big Knob roadster. I think Rod's advice went something along the lines of: "Don't fuck it up!"

It was just a licensing pass as it was Davo's first time in the seat, otherwise he would have run 200mph for sure!
